As Fleet Business Development Manager at ESS, Thomas James (T.J.) Nash, Sr. is focused on helping ESS to extend the deployment of our lifesaving H.E.L.P.® solution to a wide range of commercial, government and municipal fleets across the U.S. Prior to joining ESS, T.J. served in a variety of professional positions in the areas of supplier diversity, nonprofit minority business certification and development, city/municipal government, property/casualty insurance, sales & marketing, and customer service. T.J. is a proud alum of Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA., where he earned a B.A. degree in Mass Communications. T.J. grew up as a U.S.A.F. military brat from birth to college graduation and has had the privilege of living on U.S. Air Force bases overseas as well as in the United States – which has enabled countless enriching interactions with people from all walks of life. He and his wife Karen have four children and one grandson, who calls T.J. “B-POP!” which stands for Bonus Pop! In his spare time, T.J. enjoys reading and spending quality time at home with friends and family.
