Wiley Deck brings deep regulatory, policy, and industry expertise to Emergency Safety Solutions. He previously served in senior leadership roles at the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) — including as Deputy Administrator, where he helped shape national commercial vehicle safety policy and enforcement initiatives, and as Director of Governmental Affairs. Deck also served as Senior Policy Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Transportation, and as Chief of Staff to the former Chairman of the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure in the U.S. House of Representatives. In addition to his government service, Deck has held corporate and public-affairs leadership roles across the transportation sector, advising organizations on safety innovation, regulatory strategy, and industry partnerships. His extensive experience provides ESS with valuable guidance as the company advances connected-vehicle technologies that protect drivers, fleets, and roadside workers.
