Tony Hechler serves as Senior Integrations Engineer at ESS, bringing more than 40 years of automotive industry experience spanning engineering, OEM program leadership, and field integration. He is responsible for the successful deployment, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of ESS’ H.E.L.P.® suite of solutions — ensuring installations are executed with minimal fleet disruption and maximum operational effectiveness. Tony has provided strategic engineering oversight for Tier 1 and Tier 2 OEM programs, maintaining compliance with rigorous manufacturer standards, including Ford, Lincoln, and Oshkosh. He has led complex automotive electronics initiatives from concept through manufacturing and delivery, consistently upholding high quality benchmarks across platforms. In addition, he has developed scalable technical training programs for dealership and port operations, reducing installation errors and warranty claims through standardized procedures and hands-on field support. Tony studied Economics at Wabash College and Commercial Art and Advertising at St. Francis College.
