Rich de la Rosa is Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at ESS, where he leads Finance, Legal, and Human Resources — building the operational infrastructure to power the company’s rapid growth. He brings more than 25 years of experience across financial leadership, startup scaling, and international operations in technology-enabled businesses. Prior to ESS, Rich served as Head of Finance at Finexio and co-founded WITHmyDOC, a remote patient monitoring SaaS company, where he served as CFO/COO and secured more than $2 million in seed funding. He also served as CFO of TenX Healthcare, guiding the company through three consecutive fundraising rounds. Earlier in his career, Rich held roles at KPMG and Viacom, and later led his family’s marine manufacturing business to record growth ahead of a successful exit. Rich is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
