Jared Inlow serves as Lead Mechanical Engineer for ESS, bringing a practical, multidisciplinary approach to solving complex engineering challenges. Known for strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, he has built a diverse technical foundation across biotechnology, food and beverage, medical devices, and automotive engineering. Throughout his career, Jared has contributed to a range of innovation programs, including prior work supporting ESS on automotive electronics and systems-integration initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech. Outside of ESS, Jared channels his creativity into entrepreneurial ventures—from real-estate renovation projects to helping operate his family’s strawberry farm in Plant City, Florida.
